1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

Civisto AB är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter i enlighet med GDPR. Kontakta oss vid frågor: admin@civisto.com.

Appen kan användas helt anonymt utan konto. Inga personuppgifter samlas in om du inte väljer att skapa ett konto.

3. Hur använder vi uppgifterna?

Insamlade uppgifter används uteslutande för att vidarebefordra din rapport till ansvarig kommunal avdelning, kommunicera statusuppdateringar, förbättra vår AI-klassificeringsmodell (anonymiserat) samt producera aggregerad statistik för kommuner.

4. Laglig grund (GDPR)

Behandlingen av plats- och bilddata sker med stöd av berättigat intresse (artikel 6.1 f GDPR) — att upprätthålla en fungerande samhällsservice. Kontouppgifter (e-post) behandlas med stöd av avtal (artikel 6.1 b GDPR).

5. Delning av data

Vi säljer aldrig din data. Din rapport delas med den specifika kommunen eller fastighetsägaren som ansvarar för att åtgärda problemet. Vi använder EU-baserade molntjänstleverantörer (Supabase) för säker datalagring.

6. Datalagring

Rapporter lagras i högst 24 månader från inrapporteringsdatum, varefter all data anonymiseras eller raderas automatiskt.

7. Radering av konto och data

Du har rätt att när som helst begära att dina personuppgifter och ditt konto raderas. Du kan göra detta på följande sätt:

I appen: Gå till Profil → Inställningar → Radera konto.
Via e-post: Skicka en begäran till admin@civisto.com — vi behandlar din begäran inom 30 dagar.

8. Dina rättigheter (GDPR)

Enligt GDPR har du rätt att begära tillgång till, rättelse av eller radering av dina uppgifter, invända mot behandling samt lämna in klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). Kontakta oss på admin@civisto.com för att utöva dina rättigheter.

9. Cookies

Vår webbplats använder enbart nödvändiga cookies för sessionshantering. Vi använder Google Analytics för att förstå hur webbplatsen används. Du kan avvisa icke-nödvändiga cookies via cookiebannern.

10. Ändringar i denna policy

Vi kan komma att uppdatera denna policy. Vid väsentliga förändringar informerar vi via appen och på webbplatsen. Senast uppdaterad: 30 mars 2026.

1. Data Controller

The app can be used fully anonymously without an account. No personal data is collected unless you choose to create an account.

3. How Do We Use Your Data?

Collected data is used exclusively to forward your report (including photo and location) to the responsible municipal department, communicate status updates regarding your report, improve our AI classification model (anonymized), and produce aggregated statistics for municipalities.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

The processing of location and image data is based on legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR) — maintaining a functional public service. Account data (email) is processed on the basis of contract (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Your report is shared with the specific municipality or property owner responsible for fixing the issue. We use EU-based cloud service providers (Supabase) for secure data storage.

6. Data Retention

Reports are stored for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which all data is fully anonymized or deleted automatically.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account at any time. You can do this in the following ways:

In the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Via email: Send a deletion request to admin@civisto.com — we will process your request within 30 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY). Contact us at admin@civisto.com to exercise your rights.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only necessary cookies for session management. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. You can reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner.

10. Changes to This Policy
